Cancellation Policy

At Convirzon, we strive to deliver high-quality services in website development, graphic design, mobile app development, and social media maintenance. We value transparency and aim to maintain a fair and professional relationship with all our clients. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations may be made.

  1. General Terms

By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to support@convirzon.ca.

This policy applies to both one-time and ongoing (subscription-based) services.

  1. Project-Based Services

Applies to Website Development, Graphic Design, and Mobile App Development

Before Work Begins:
A full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received before any work has commenced.

After Work Has Started:
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued. The amount refunded will be based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation, minus any non-recoverable expenses (e.g., third-party software licenses or assets purchased for your project).

After Completion:
Once a project is completed and delivered, cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

  1. Ongoing Services (e.g., Social Media Maintenance)

Monthly Subscriptions:
Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. If cancellation is not received on time, the next billing cycle will be charged as scheduled.

Annual Subscriptions:
Clients may cancel at any time; however, no partial refunds will be provided for unused months.

  1. Non-Refundable Charges

Deposits made to initiate any service are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any third-party fees or tools purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

  1. Termination by Convirzon

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend service at any time due to:

Breach of contract or our terms of service

Inappropriate behaviour or communication

Non-payment or delayed payments

In such cases, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion, based on work completed and costs incurred.

To cancel your service, please email us at support@convirzon.ca with the following information:

Your full name and company name (if applicable)

The service(s) you wish to cancel

The reason for cancellation

Any supporting documentation, if relevant
